About LovingKindness Nutrition

Why Do We Do This Work?

We’re a team of Registered Dietitians who feel called to walk alongside those healing their relationship with food, body, and self. As Christians, our work is grounded in the belief that every person is created in the image of God—worthy of care, dignity, and compassion.

We focus on working with those with eating disorders and disordered eating, and often support clients who are also navigating anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles. Our approach integrates evidence-based nutrition therapy with the values of grace, gentleness, and truth. We embrace Intuitive Eating as a tool that supports a more compassionate relationship with the body—one that is not meant to be controlled or punished, but honored and cared for.

In a world full of food rules, body shame, and pressure to “do more” or “be less,” we aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to reconnect with your body, and find peace in how you nourish and care for it.

About Kali Mattie (Gilday)

As the Owner and Registered Dietitian of LovingKindness Nutrition, I believe that helping my clients heal their relationships with food is where my passion and purpose truly intersect. I find joy in witnessing the freedom they experience when they let go of food's control over their minds and bodies. I hold the belief that all bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made, and also deserving of love and care, even if change is desired.

I’ve witnessed the profound healing that can occur when we openly discuss our struggles with food. It can feel challenging and uncomfortable at first to bring these issues to light! Therefore, I promise a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel at ease sharing your concerns and challenges.

About Jasmine Stoelting

I am an Eating Disorder-Informed and Intuitive Eating Registered Dietitian with experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. My heart is to come alongside you and help lighten the burden that food and the pressure to eat the “right things” has become in your life. Food was never meant to make you feel that way.

I have long watched so many around me struggle with their perception of their bodies and the messages they have received from society, leading them to feel guilty about eating the amount of food their bodies actually need. Seeing this struggle in people I care deeply about led me here. Food is the fuel and nourishment our bodies need, but it can also be a great source of pleasure, creativity, and even culture.

Let's get back to having freedom with food and not feeling guilty for giving your body what it needs!
