About Kali (Kay-Lee) Gilday, RDN
I feel that supporting my clients in healing their relationships with food is where my passion and purpose align. I love seeing them gain the freedom in life that comes when they release the power that food has over their mind and body. I believe that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made, so all bodies are good bodies that deserve love and care, even if you desire to change it.
I have seen the incredible healing power that comes with confessing our struggles in our relationships with food. It can be so difficult and awkward at first to bring this into the light! So, I promise you an open and non-judgmental space to feel comfortable to share your issues and concerns.
